How pricing works: We charge ₹99 per day of internship. Prices shown are rounded figures inclusive of 18% GST. This is a paid internship programme — you are investing in genuine project-based, real-world experience.
1. Acceptance
By enrolling and completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern your participation in the RoarAI Systems Internship Programme.
2. Nature of Programme
This is a project-based Internship Programme. It does NOT constitute employment, nor does it carry any right to salary, stipend, or financial compensation of any kind. RoarAI Systems is not your employer during this programme.
3. Fees & Payment
Programme fees are charged at ₹99 per day inclusive of 18% GST. Fees are non-refundable once payment is completed, regardless of circumstances. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers shall be entertained.
4. Completion & Certification
A certificate of internship completion shall be issued only upon satisfactory completion of the assigned project within the agreed duration. RoarAI Systems reserves the right to withhold certification for non-compliance or non-delivery.
5. Confidentiality
All project work, code, data, communications, and proprietary information accessed during the internship are strictly confidential. You must not disclose, share, reproduce, or use any such information without prior written consent from RoarAI Systems.
6. Conduct
You are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. RoarAI Systems reserves the right to terminate the internship without refund for misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or failure to perform.
7. Intellectual Property
All work products, code, and deliverables produced during the internship are the exclusive intellectual property of RoarAI Systems, unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Institutional Advisory
Students are strongly advised to verify with their college / university that participation in this internship does not conflict with institutional policies or academic requirements. RoarAI Systems bears no responsibility for any academic or institutional consequences.
Programme Nature
This is a project-based programme. You will work on a real-world project assigned by RoarAI Systems. The company will provide high-level guidance from time to time. There are no scheduled classes, coaching sessions, or structured curriculum.
Independent Work
You are expected to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver project milestones on time. Daily supervision is not provided.
No Employment Relationship
Your participation does not constitute employment with RoarAI Systems. You will NOT receive any salary, stipend, allowance, or other financial compensation.
Fees
The programme fee is charged at ₹99 per day (inclusive of 18% GST). The total for your selected duration is shown on the payment screen. Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Duration & Deliverables
Your internship is for the duration selected during enrolment (30, 60, or 90 days). You are expected to complete and submit your assigned project within this period.
Code of Conduct
You agree to maintain professional conduct, respect the company’s intellectual property, and adhere to all project-specific guidelines provided by RoarAI Systems.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: New Delhi.
